perfect location and views!
Had a blast staying here! The views from our room were amazing—we could see Winter Wonderland and the London skyline, including the Shard. Breakfast was a great buffet with sooo many options. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, especially my son. Just wish our room was ready on time, but overall a solid trip.

The bed here offers some of the best comfort I've ever experienced, like sleeping on clouds. High-quality Byredo toiletries in the bathroom and luxurious silk-feeling sheets elevate the overall vibe of the room.
The rooms trend on the small side and feel a tad outdated, lacking that modern flair you'd expect. Breakfast options could use improvement. the hot section left much to be desired, while the confusion over what's included versus extra items felt like a hassle. Wifi struggles consistently during the night, making it a challenge for any late-night work, and the lack of a proper spa setup for massages was a letdown after finding out a freelancer would come to the room.

the hotel is in an amazin location, super close to all the cool landmarks. my room was really great with a nice city view. staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was nice and chill. even tho some furniture is a bit old, it didn’t matter as i had a really fun time there. would def come back again!
had some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom, and the internet charges were kinda annoying. for the price, i expected better service on those parts.

The location is simply outstanding, just a short walk from Hyde Park and great shopping spots. While the room itself had some charm, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the furniture seemed a bit dated. I enjoyed exploring the nearby area and the dining options available, but the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations given the price point.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful city view from my Executive Room and indulging in a relaxing foot massage at the spa. The only downside was that the furniture felt a bit worn, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. I highly recommend trying their breakfast buffet. it was a real treat! 😊

The location stands out. It's central and close to various attractions. Room's skyline view was impressive. Staff greeted us warmly, which added a nice touch. shower pressure was weak, making it frustrating to use. The furniture looked quite worn, not what I'd expect from a luxury hotel. Noticed dust on some surfaces, indicating that cleanliness needs attention. The breakfast service could be quicker. we waited too long for our orders. While the atmosphere is pleasant, it felt a bit chaotic during peak hours.
